Curtis O Barnes is the founder, Chief Executive Officer and the sole shareholder of LOCOB. Mr Barnes practiced law for twenty years in the Los Angeles and Newport Beach offices of two national law firms, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, international and domestic technology transfer and development, and commercial law matters. More recently he was “of counsel” to a California law firm where he specialized in transactional and asset recovery (collection) matters. Mr Barnes served as the first outside member of the Board of Directors of Collect America, an asset management company with in excess of $4 billion under collection throughout its national law firm network. He earned a degree in economics (1969, cum laude) and his Juris Doctorate (1972, Order of Coif ) from University of California at Los Angeles.

Robert Barnes is the Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Compliance at LOCOB. Robert Barnes participates in firm management and manages the legal department which presently has approximately 5,000 legal matters in various stages of litigation. He earned a degree in economics from University of California at Los Angeles (1999) and his Juris Doctorate (2003) from University of California at Hastings.

Vijay Desai serves in the capacity of California Compliance Officer and manages the Anaheim, California litigation department. He earned a degree in economics (1998) from the University of California at Davis and his Juris Doctorate (2001) from University of California at Los Angeles.

Lisa Pomeroy serves as the Ohio Compliance Officer and manager of the Columbus, Ohio legal litigation department. She earned degrees in Criminology and African Studies (1995) from the Ohio State University and her Juris Doctorate (2001) from University of Toledo College of Law.

Keith Noethlich serves in the capacity of of-counsel for the Ohio office.  He earned a degree in Political Science from the Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University.
