Locating Consumers LOCOB meets the challenge of locating consumers with which it or its clients have lost contact using state-of-the-art location tools.

• LOCOB Location Tools. Every asset recovery representative and manager has full-time broadband internet access to national web sites and databases for consumer location. This includes access to property searches, government records, places of employment, DMV records, social security numbers, reverse directories, family members, and near-by residential and commercial contacts.

• Commercial Location Services. LOCOB employs commercial location vendors that batch-process “skip” consumers. These vendors employ proprietary data bases, credit bureau services and other commercially available sources.
