LOCOB Training Includes:

Two week intensive training for persons with no or little collection experience
• One full week training for experienced and elite collectors
• FDCPA and state law training (by firm lawyers)
• Computer and phone system training
Weekly one-on-one training with a team manager
Daily up-training on selected topics
Computerized collection and compliance systems
State and national teleseminars
